I know I said I was ending the fast yesterday, but it's 1pm and I still haven't eaten. On top of that I'm not even hungry. I mean if I smell food, my appetite kicks up (Like last night my friend got fried chicken and ate next to me, my mouth was watering.) On its own though, nothing. I haven't even had water, gum, coffee of green tea all day. I'm not even as weak either.
At the dance club last night it was freezing, they had the ac on. The AC! I mean it's for when it gets hot inside from dancing but it wasn't really packed. Me and my besty were so cold. We didn't dance much, lots of bobbing and bouncing to the music though. We left early both being tired, me from starvation and her for staying up for 24 hours. We left at 2, got back to her house by 3. Her sister, the birthday girl was puking about a half hour later from coming home.
In the morn I wasn't offered to much to eat anything. Before the party they all wanted me to eat, in case I drink, which I didn't (I was a good girl and stood away from those empty cals.) I looked really good, no pics yet though gotta wait for them to be put up, so I can steal them. Right now though I just went mini food shopping again. I got butternut squash, almond milk (60 cals-1cup. I only use half a cup in my cereal), parkay putter spray (0 cals), puffed rice cereal (50 cals-1cup), fat free American cheese (25 cals-1 slice), fat free string cheese (50 cals-1 stick) and my reward for being so good and going to an extra day of fasting, a cookiedough icecream sundae.
Now stop the presses, you think I'm crazy enough to eat something like that so casually. The answer is no. Because this little treat isn't your normal sugary sweet cal filled monster. The package has two of them, the serving is one and one serving is 170 cals. 170 and you know what I'm only gonna eat half. My food plans for today is a portability mushroom burger and butternut fries, with my little dessert. My whole intake will be 300-250 cals for the day. I'm gonna try to hold off on the dessert for a while but I don't know how that will go.
A main course and a dessert all under 300 cals is pretty damn good. Tomorrow is cereal (80cals) and this little veggie dipper w/ cheese (130 cals) 210 cals all together. Then tuesday is my protabello pizza. I'm not sure about the rest of the week. I'm gonna try to have cereal every day, since the milk goes bad in a week from being opened. I might end up having like just cereal all day lol.
Alrighty now for the amazing results of this fast.
