Fast day 5+ GW1!

Yay my first goal weight! 90lbs! 5 pound in 5 days! I may make 80's before the weekend.
BMI: 15.9
My normal 200 crunches are done today. Working one my second green tea for the day. I also had a lemonade made with splenda and one gum ball (10 cals). I planning on buying some low cal meals from like healthy choice or lean cuisine tomorrow.
I mean they run between 150-350 cals a pop, so one for the day should be good. The rest of my shopping is all stuff that grows out the ground. Veggies fruits the works. I'd love to sneak in some skinny cow or even god willing fat free milk. I'm looking forward to my rewards, potato chips, cheeseburger, sweet potato pie and a broccoli pizza. Not all at once, spread out, with fasts in between.
I hate how I crave flavor, salty, sweet and sour. I can refrain from binging by drinking lots of water between bites. I will start doing that much more. I haven't eaten in so long I kind of can't remember how I used to eat. lol.
