END of the fast, weight and food ideas

I've made it to the last day. It just started but non the less I made it. I'm so happy right now! I'm really weak and tired though. I was stumbling around a lot this morning. I managed to get in 50 crunches, 50 sqwats and 50 lunges. I fit into my top for tonight, but the skirt is too small so I had to pin it. So was the strapless bra so I had to wear a normal one.
I hope I will be ok tonight. It's really cold. Like this morning was 37 degrees. I was an ice Popsicle in 50 degree weather, I'll shake like a Chihuahua in anything lower. I'll have to layer well, espcially in a skirt. I look cute though, which I like. As soon as I get picks I'll post them up.

Now for the grand unveiling. My weight is...
89lbs!
A new LW and a BMI of well according to the calculator on my blog)
15.8
I'm 15.77
I need to get a digital scale so I can be more accurate in my weight watching.

Now for some stuff I look at for food, and how I feel about it.

Mostly I get sugar free gum, tea, coffee, veggies, fruits and mushrooms.
But if you have a sweet tooth like me or crave breads and carbs I got the goods. First the cooking essentials:

Pam(0 cals lol)
Butter spray
-I can't believe its not butter spray (0 cals)
-Parkay fat free butter spray (0 cals)
Milk products
-go fat free soy or almond milk (theses laughing cow, silk and almond breeze just look around.)
-cheeses, sour cream also go fat free

Now for the good stuff

Quacker oat products
-Quackes (60 cals for 8 cakes)-soothes that sweet tooth
- their puff rice and puff wheat cereal(50 cals!)

Skinny cow
(they are loaded with fiber and potassium)
-cups (5.8 oz =150 cals)
-sandwiches (150 cals)
-bars (100cals)

Lean cuisine
(great for variety and ease)
-range from around (160 cals- 410cals aim for the lower ones, I can eat a 300 one but thats my one meal for the day.)

Healthy choice
(like lean cuisine)
-ice cream (80-150)
-frozen meals (170 400? again aim low)
-soups (90-150?)
-bread (not worth it I know better)

Pepperidge farm
(super tasty)
-Bread!!!!(40-45 cals a slice loaded with fiber and tasty goodness + vitamins)
-100 cal packs (speak for them selves they have cookie and cracker pouches, but I tend no to go over board getting them.)
-everything else is too high cal, but tempting as hell, make ur way through their products quickly.

Smart ones
-desserst (140-170)
-snacks (if you really want them aim for the 200cals they don't drop lower than that, I' suggest against them.)
-you can go for the other stuff but they push my boundaries, although they all go around (200-350)

Lean pockets
(which I freakin love)
-lower than 360 cals a serving (ie one pocket)
-the lowest one is whole grain supreme pizza (220)
-, most are 250. (its a risky choice too, but I'm addicted to these so..yea you can ignore this if you want lol.

Shmuckers
(great for crackers)
-sugar free jelly (10 cals)

Special k
-fruit crips (100 cal for 2 of them)
-crackers (90 cals for 17 crackers. I'll cut that serving down and you can have a really low cal snack.

Salad Dressings
- I use Ken's steak house light accents (its a spray with 1 cal per spray)

Popcorn
(great filler, best if air poped but if ur like me and don't have an air popper here is the best I could find.)
-Act II
-orville redenbacher smart pop
-jolly time healthy pop
-smart pop healthy pop
(all can be 100 cals a bag)

Hersheys ?
-sugar free chocolate syrup (15 cals) great for chocolate covered strawberries

Digiornos?
-200 cal pizza (is a serving of half that thing, so don't eat it all- thats 400 cals. Split it into 4, put the rest away and you have a 100 cal meal.)

Walden farms
-a whole lot of 0 cal condiments and the like, but I've never had it. Check it out yourself.
