Like a yoyo

 88lbs this morning.
What is it with food?
Last night we went to outback and I tired to eat somewhat normal, french onion soup (650)
bread, way too much bread (400), shrimp, scallop and steak (515) but I only ate a third of my steak and doggy bagged the rest of it.
What do I do when I get home?
Add two bowls of cereal (400), 3 mini chocolate donuts (480), 2 oreos (140) and some nutella (200).
I purged until I got to dinner...
I had my vitatop (90) and some life water a hour or so after my B/P.
Today we are going out again, this time to panera bread and I'm only having my 70 cal salad or perhaps just the 60 cal fruit cup. That's all I'll be having for today making my total either 160 0r 150.
I hate eating with people now though. I get so uncomfortable and want to purge or binge and then purge.
My throat is so horse and it was worse last night. I'm not sure if my glands are swollen but my neck is tender.
I'm hoping those two pounds are water weight, always hoping, probably is and I'm freaking out for no reason.
I'm gonna try and walk to see my mom, thats a good 2 miles. then meet up with them later. I bought my ex a Valentines gift, its cute and small and I'll show you guys monday.
I know he'll love it >.<
He better cause its heavy enough to make a dent in his head if I throw it at him.
Ah love is in the air. 
I'm also thinking of updating my measurements. I haven't done that in a while, I'll update later.

@Nikki- thank you if only I could get it to stay. I wish I didn't B/P all the damn time.
@Kit- Thank you for the encouragement <3 I try not to stress too much with my fam even though they are at each others throats right now. I just don't have the energy to deal with it.

  1. Food is over rated I bet you will be back down in no time!!! You can do it :) I know b/p is so hard but when u can stop for a bit ita really great n I've been losing lots that way stay strong babe!!!!

  2. You're right, the sudden jump in weight is most likely water weight. Since you were able to purge most of your food anyway. Purging can make you somewhat dehydrated so your body might be hold on to a little extra water.

    I don't like eating in front of others also- either they make some comment about my food or I'm starting at what they're eating the whole time! Haha, the "heavy enough to make a dent" thing made me laugh! Tough love is the best love =).
