Today I'm feeling pretty damn good.

I was a little sick this morning, my tummy wasn't happy about all that food I had yesterday.
I haven't touched that scale at all, but I've been very tempted.
...Super tempted...
I also walked 2.3 miles to my dentist in 30 mins and back again in also 30 mins.
So I burned about 225 cals >.<
I had about 200 intake.
2 (90) cal peanut-butter fiber one bars
2 muchrooms (10)
some bell pepper (5)
(I'm rounding it all out so about 200 anyways)
I'm going to work out at 9pm for about an hour and try to burn off 150 more cals. I'll jog in place for 30 mins which is 150 on it's own. I want to do some push ups and crunches as well, some leg lifts too, my stomach really needs the most work, especially my lower abs SO thats only about 50 cals burned off there.
A total of 375 cals burned today, well planned at least.

It says that if I eat 300 cals a day and work out 5 days a week I should be 80lbs by the 1st of march

Is it so bad that that seems so far to me?
I'll keep messing with it.
I'll start tracking from my weigh in tomorrow.
Wouldn't it be so wonderful if I was 85lbs in the morning...
