I made it through day one of my diet, which was the hardest coming off of binging again from last month.
Over all I had:
Strawberry special K bar (90)
Portabello mush room burger (80)
Snap peas and Orange bell pepper slices (30)
Total 200 cals.
I'm very pleased with myself. Although at like 12:30 am I had a 90 cal chocolate drizzle rice cake snack pack, I'm counting that towards today's intake, I mean technically it was today, just extrememly early.
I stayed up late last night watching "For the love of Nancy" on You-tube, it was OK. I prefer to watch "Thin" I will be watching it with my ex, perhaps he can get a better understanding of what it's like to have an ED and why. It's hard to explain it to normal people. I'd rather just show you in that case.
Right now my ex stood over my house and we are going to hang out with some friends.
I had a bowl of fiber cereal with almond milk (70) so I'm already sitting on 160 cals.
I want to go to panera bread to eat today so I can get the salad. I've even worked it so that I can have chicken, chese and half a peice of bread there, since the bread is 180 cals, it will be 90 for half.
I may not in the end though. I might just stick to my normal meal, not sure which to pick.

I'm 94lbs too!
I'm so happy this diet is working wonders. 9 more pounds to go before my birthday. Then I can maintain with 800 cals a day, I'm scared to do 1000 a day, but if I keep losing weight with 800, then I'll bump it up. But that's in a later day.
I also got a 20 dollar gift card to target so I'm planning on finally getting a new digital scale! yay!

Now I can keep one scale at my ex's house and the other at mine.Other than that I've been working on this blog, I added a new page for recipes and updated the food review, I'm planning on picking up a Walden farm product today since I actually have money. I want the chocolate dip since I bought 100 cal pack pretzel bags. I went food shopping got veggies, skinny cow ice cream bars, rice cakes, popcorn, some healthy choice meals and 90 cal cereal bars, that should last the month lmao.
Only upside of and ED. The diet food may be a little more pricey but you aren't buying much food anyways so you actually save money.

I feel sick with myself. I want to purge but that is the one thing I will not do, I'm up to 1400 cals today. I came home and ate again. I will not subtract from my week, I will keep going with the diet as usual, but I want to work out like a mad woman tonight, for failing.

oho my gosh--skinny cow. Amazing. you should try their mini strawberry cheesecake cups. 150 cals and theres like a ribbon of strawberry syrup in it. SO good.
