Yesterday was a horid mess.
-sigh-
I don't want that ridiculous calorie intake (well over 1500 by the end of the night) ruin my new year.) It was not a actual binge at least, stuffed beyond full and all that. It was more like intense cravings. After going out with my friends and them buying me food and offering all my favorite things, I with crazy with hunger. I was crazy dizzy all day as well, from walking around a lot. I felt like I could fall over at any moment.
They got me these godiva milk choclate covered strawberries (41 cals a piece) I had 123 cals worth, the dark chocolate covered ones are only 29 cals per, I want that for my birthday.
Chocolate was my down fall yesterday. I'm staying away from it till tomorrow.
Reguradless I will continue this diet and today is 600 and I will be OK. I'm still 94lbs but later on today I'm gonna walk for 5 miles pick up the scale I couldn't get yesterday and work out again before bed.
I was up until 6 am yesterday, just not tired. I was watching "What's eating you." I drank some chamomile tea and worked out a bit which helped me get sleepy, but I was up tossing and turning unable to fall a sleep for a good while.
I'll update later on how my calorie intake goes for the day. Tomorrow is back to school and I have class from 9:15- 5:35 with a hour and a half break at 12:45. I hope in the last class at least they don't take a break and just let us out early.
