I'm always doing this to myself. This really sucks, I wanted to be in the 80's already.

As to what did it, corn bread, pizza (way too much pizza), just out rite binging, becausewhen I got home last night I saw what my family had gotten at the super market.
I left a list of what I'd like, not much of it was bought at all. But there are plenty of cookies, cereal, nutella, poptarts, brownies and pasta to fatten me up if I let it.There is bearly anything I'll have to eat, that I can eat.
I got like some bell peppers, popcorn, and mushrooms. I guess that's what I'm gonna be living off of.
I'm wondering if I have some water weight because I really have not been drinking enough fluids at all.
I hate the fact that I had soda, I was really trying not to have it anymore, even diet.
Overall I did have fun though yesterday, at least.
It was a friends birthday, I took some pictures, and spent the day with my ex, which was really really nice.
I did do sort of well at the restaurant, What I mainly had was a plate of steamed veggies, but the damn corn bread did me in, and that half of a freaking domino's pizza (it had mushrooms and bell peppers on it)
I'm considering not eating today, but that means I would also not eat tommorrow.
I don't know what to do, I'm not happy with the gain, I was well on my way to the 80's again.
Today is supposed to be 500, I'm just going to try and stick with it, but I still have no clue what to make. I'm thinking...
-2 eggwhites (34)
-fat free cheese (25)
-10 bell pepper strips (5)
-1/2 a mushroom (4)
-tsp of onion flakes (5)
...or just a freaking hot pocket because im laze but thats about 170-250 depending what I grab to eat...

Pizza has a lot of salt, so the gain it´s probably from water
