21 times to make a habit

Nothing is simple. Everything goes wrong.
I always mess up.
I always fall back into bad habits.
But I think I can turn it around. I have to believe I can.
I'm gonna work till I drop. 
98.7lbs.
A binge.
A purge.
This will not continue into next year.
I don't want it to.
The worst thing is how guilty I feel.
I had been going so long without binging and purging. 
I just freaked out after the binge and had to get it out. Not to mention I had gotten myself nauseous off the food I was eating.
Bowl of cereal with silk (35 cals a cup), MnMs, half a bag of potato chips dipped in reduced fat sour cream (40 cals per tblsp) and a chocolate granola bar.
My stomach never usually turns when I binge but I think the sour cream was bad.
I did go on the dance central for 2 hours though.
Apparently I was burning 100 cals every 30 mins, according to the game. 
That would be 400 cals, and wonderful!
I have to eat today because my grandfather is taking us out for lunch. 
I'm gonna choose something low cal and healthy.
I get no more sweets now until I get past GW1.
...No chocolate...

I really want to get back home now. Where I can work out steadily, not have so much temptation, and stay over my ex's house since I never purge there. 
Got to start making good habits.
By breaking the old ones.

  1. Stick to a salad, with maybe a few bits of chicken chucked in for good measure :) No one will suspect. Don't feel guilty for purging, you had to do it to make yourself feel better, and the main thing is, is that you do feeel better :) Your a strong person, and like you said, you already burnt 400 cals! Thats really good :) If you feel if you have eaten too much at the lunch then just go back on dance central :) Everything will work out xx

    And if you feel bad from what you ate you have your dance game, 400 cals burned is a loot!
